Welcome to Big Buck Taxidermy, located in the heart of Texas, near Waco.
I am Becky Phillips, owner/taxidermist of Big Buck Taxidermy. I have been involved in taxidermy since 1993. I am a member of the Texas Taxidermy Association and the National Taxidermists Association.
In 2002, I joined the Texas Taxidermy Association. I also entered my first competition as an amateur and
recieved a first place on a whitetail deer.
Since then, I have been competing in the professional division.
In 2005, I competed at the World Show in Springfield, Illinios, where I recieved two third place ribbons.
As a member of the Texas Taxidermy Association, I am continually learning the latest
techniques through competitions and seminars with some of the best taxidermists in the state.
All hides are tanned either in-house or commercially and I only use the best forms and materials
in the mounting of your trophy.
All trophies are treated with the same time, respect, and dedication as if they were my own.
I am committed to recreating the most life-like mount possible.
